    Sure, Donny, that happened.
That was my first thought, Why believe him at all?.
I think it could be mostly true. CEOs are kind of like dictators so dealing with real dictators is often more comfortable for them than dealing with democratic governments, even if they might not like the dictator personally or agree with all of their policies.
You mean Democratically elected in primary and was taken away??
In primaries you vote for a delegate and that delegate votes for the nominee of a party. No one was elected a delegate and had it taken away.

Similarly, when we vote for President in the general election we are voting for electors and not an individual candidate. Those electors comprise the electoral college and select the President of the United States. It why the United States is a democratic republic.

Please consider taking the time to learn how your government works. It will make you less susceptible to propaganda.

  • Apple requests anti-steering injunction in Epic case be tossed given new precedent

a ruling by a state government that cannot be contradicted by the federal government.

I'm gonna have to see if I can find out how that works.  Normally, federal law trumps state law unless it's something the federal constitution delegates to the states.  I can't imagine steering provisions fall under that.

The Federal Court found that Apple was in violation of California state law, California Unfair Competition Act. Apple is arguing that the state found that hadn’t violated it. So I believe the argument is that the state courts are the superseding authority given that it is a state law in question not a federal law. I am by no means an expert.

  • Trump vs. Harris: How to watch the September 10 Presidential debate online

Why would anyone subject themselves to a debate. I'll summarize...lots of name calling and accusing followed by Trump winging it and Harris parroting off scripted answers. If you want substantive analysis you will need a source like the NYT. They are definitely slanted towards Harris and inflammatory towards Trump but they do make an effort to layout the issues and stances.
It seems the candidates do not know the questions or topics ahead of time, unlike cupcake prerecorded interviews on some networks..  This is going to be really interesting because they have to respond on the fly.
Tonight might be different but historically the candidates know the topics in advance but not the questions. This cycle is weird though. Normally the Commission on Presidential Debates manages the debates then picks a theme for each one (Foreign Policy, Economy and so on). For whatever reason the campaigns have decided to forego that this year and just work it out between each other and the networks.
Hillary knew the questions. LOL. Can't make that stuff up. So the truth is... who knows?
Apparently you can make it up and not only can you make it up you can also dupe people into repeating it as fact.

Hillary didn’t have the questions and you should consider finding better news sources.

  • Trump vs. Harris: How to watch the September 10 Presidential debate online

A debate at this point is unnecessary, Harris destroyed the cost of living in 4 years, we don't need another 4 years of that.

Trump was better at literally every marker that impacts the majority of the USA population.

    MAGA.
What I like about this claim is that economy data is knowable. So let's look at the actual data.

    Job Growth:

    Trump - 2.7 million
    Biden: +15.7 million

    Unemployment:
    Trump: 6.7%
    Biden: 4.2%

    GDP:
    Trump 2.7%
    Biden: 3.5%

    Inflation:
    Trump: 11%
    Biden: 19%

    Deficit Spending:
    Trump: 8.18 Trillion
    Biden:  6.17 Trillion

    Wages:
    Trump: +8.4% after inflation
    Biden:  -2.3% after inflation

    Corporate Profits:
    Trump: +17.4%
    Biden: + 36%

    Trade Deficit:
    Trump: +36%
    Biden:  +22%

    People Without Health Insurance:
    Trump: +3 million
    Biden:  -2.1 million

So, for the claim that every is better under Trump to be true you would have to limit those markers to Inflation and Wage Growth after inflation. Since both of those numbers are based on the impact of inflation your basic contention is that inflation is the only economic number that matters. That is objectively false. Without a doubt inflation has been awful, but literally every other number is better under the Biden Presidency and the U.S. economy is in far better shape than it gets credit for.

And for giggles let's look at violent crime:
    Trump: +1.1%
    Biden:  -9.1%

  • FineWoven won't be missed, but it should be remembered

Those FineWoven articles always crack me up. With it being officially September my case is within a few weeks of being a year old and behold! Yeah, it’s underwhelming. It just looks like a case. Appleinsider has been quick to jump on every negative social media post to declare these as some sort of failure but there doesn’t seem to be any first hand experience. Mine is just fine and it isn’t like I treat it gingerly. It’s the first Apple made case that I have gotten that has survived a year. Mind you, I never got a leather one.

Anyway, I really wonder what the difference in usage is that causes other people’s cases to look so terrible and mine to be perfectly fine.
