Apple pauses iOS 18, macOS 15 work to stomp bugs now
We did this at a place I worked once. Think it was a bit longer than a week. Either way the time absolutely flew by. Just the investigation phase took days sometimes. Fix, test, re-fix cycles. A week will fly by. Some overtime to be had, I hope.

Here in the UK, John Lewis and Amazon continue to have the 14 Pro Max 256GB at 1249 GBP, a full 50 quid more than the 1199 GBP Apple will be selling the 15 Pro Max for. Might be some nice offers for a 14 going on soon.

AI more important to investors than a headset, claims Ming-Chi Kuo
Maybe it’s just my age but the headset is of zero interest to me. In my defence it’s of zero interest to my kids either. Apple seems to really have placed some chips on this. Hopefully a hit for them.AI on the other hand is of great interest. I’m praying for a major Siri boost one of these days, but would equally settle for my HomePods answering questions I ask without sending the answer to my phone or asking me to ask again from my phone. It’ll be sending the time to my phone at this rate. Absolute garbage.

Apple fixes Siri bug in tvOS 16.3.2 & HomePod update
Read this and went to update my four, only to find they’d already been done. First time I recall that being the case. Seem ok so far. Hopefully starts understanding me and recognising who I am again.
