The US has similar rules about harm, regardless of how much profit is made "anyway".  Trump was found liable for financial fraud in NY state, even though they paid back the loans they'd obtained and even though the banks made money from the interest on those loans.  The banks still suffered damages because fraud was still committed.  So don't blame the EU for something "extraordinary" or Spotify for pointing fingers.

Luckily I can move it to my MacBook Pro’s screen, but that’s doesn’t solve the problem of Apple’s inability to include a method to scale UI elements for higher resolution screens.

If you're a serious calculator user, look into PCalc.  It scales properly, and does everything better than the built-in calculator.

If I were still at Apple, I’d be looking for a different job.  No way I’d feel comfortable or even safe (depending on who my bosses were) at Apple as LGBTQ employee now.
