Except in this case, they're backing into the right answer.  Facebook, Twitter, and most others these days are CURATORS, not just platforms that repost and relay other people's opinion.  Curation IS opinion, IS editor.ial content.  They are owners of that, and they've been hiding behind Section 230 to blast their own agendas and opinions while individual users are still on the hook legally and financially for their own posts.  

That obviously isn't equal treatment under the law.  Section 230 needs to be gutted, or killed.  It's not like corporations don't have a million other avenues of protection for themselves, and where they don't, they have lawyers.  Endless supplies of lawyers.

The way that you stated it so flatly, I thought you had more evidence than Gruber.  Which is to say, ANY.  

The lens arrangement still has to include two lenses that are colinear when in landscape for spatial video capture, so it wasn’t ever going to be all the lenses in a horizontal row across the back of the phone.

We all have a choice which service we use so there’s no need for any external pressure.   If you want to build your company provide a reason why customers should buy from you.

The US has similar rules about harm, regardless of how much profit is made "anyway".  Trump was found liable for financial fraud in NY state, even though they paid back the loans they'd obtained and even though the banks made money from the interest on those loans.  The banks still suffered damages because fraud was still committed.  So don't blame the EU for something "extraordinary" or Spotify for pointing fingers.

There are average Americans living paycheck to paycheck that have a lot more to deal with because of Trump than 45 minutes twice a year face to face who deserve more recompense than Cook does.
