Like others found, this preorder was a debacle. I go through this process every year, set my order up and normally get on about 10 minutes into preorder and just buy my selected iPhone Pro Max. The App went live about 20 minutes in and the trade in kept bombing out. The App then offline and I went to my Mac and logged in on both personal and my business account. The business account was a complete disaster. The personal account finally worked about 40 minutes and I was able to secure one an hour’s drive for the 22nd in store pick up. The worst preorder experience that I have ever had.
