I'm sure they'll figure it out by the time I get one. Train and plane are such obvious use cases I imagine they'll put in a Transit Mode that ignores fast movement in the periphery, or somesuch solution.Marvin said:

The video slides out of view when the train starts moving. It might be a software bug that will be fixed because it should be able to track from the cameras and ignore the movement from the train.
A bit surprised it wasn't there for launch, but they've had a lot on their plate.

IANAL, but a quick Google search suggests this is not true in many states (outside of dressing rooms, bathrooms, and not peeping through people's windows, of course), unless you're taking care to record no sound. Be very careful with audio recording; there are a lot more laws and regulations governing it.As for people recording in public goes, it is perfectly legal and you don’t need to get consent.
