It is so scary how the EU is mirroring Atlas Shrugged.

I'm an Apple shareholder - and to tell you the truth - I'd be OK if they would just comply with spirit of the EU directives - but like "red oak" stated above - just add an additional FEE and call it EU DMA Compliance - the government adds these types of FEES all the time so if Apple does - even the elites at the WEF wouldn't complain.  Oh wait...

I do think it will receive a new chip along with USB-C. 

But - the most important feature will a much better way to collapse the headset into a much better case.

Today's version is more Apple telling you to just wear it 100% of the time because the case is crap. Come to think of it - I think they did the same thing with the AVP carrying case. It really feels the whole "case design department" should be fired.

OMG - did you just hit the nail on the head! 

Is Masimo a real healthcare technology firm or are they a patent troll? If the former, not sure why apple doesn’t pay them the license fees like they do Qualcomm. If the latter, may Masimo rot in special place in hell only reserved for patent trolls.
