How about fixing the completely borked  Mail rules message colorization of messages in folders before getting all "fancy"? The ability to categorize/prioritize messaging with color after the message has been binned with a rule would do way more for my productivity than any "interpretations/summarizations" AI might hork up. And I suspect would require significantly less FTE/hours (i.e., money), though it's probably not the "cool thing" to work on.

And fwiw, I use flags for completely different things.
