it's probably not a very literal thing. i believe the liquid part applies more to the "fluid"-like animations. it's glass but if the solid was a fluid if that makes any sense. you can especially see that in examples such as when you swipe on notifications in the notification center and the way the notification pulls way from the clear button almost like a fluid. hard to describe. but once you see it, it makes total sense.

i can't believe anyone with more than two brain cells would put their money anywhere near a company that advertises a "5,000 mAh long life camera". they don't even know what they're talking about. key tell-tale sign of a SCAM. i almost feel bad for anyone who falls for this. but at the same time i also know the only people who would consider buying this phone are just obsessed with trump.
