    Cameras are one of the most used and most compared features of a phone. Whether you like it or not, Apple doesn’t have a choice. 

    And 95% of users put their phone in a case making the camera bump irrelevant. A thicker phone would be that much thicker after putting a case on it.

    My brother was skiing in Colorado last week. Had a pretty good wipeout and was barely able to turn off the emergency alert before it called. 
    He didn’t even know he had the feature, but he was impressed it was there if he needed it!

    Why in the world do you think it would be reasonable to expect a larger MacBook Air to cost less than the current MacBook Airs?

    Why do you doubt it? I would have bought it just right away. So some other people. The question is if there is a market for this and how much would it canibalize other sales.

    I just got a MBP16 inch. I needed the larger screen, but it is way overspeced for me. I mean, I’m gonna enjoy the heck out of it, but there is no doubt I would have saved hundreds of dollars if I had the option for a larger air—I would have had a heavier wallet but a lighter bag!
