Picked up a black pair today. They sound really good. I wouldn't call them bass heavy. Listened some EDM and the bass is strong as it is supposed to be, but it is clear and not overwhelming the mix. The free three months of Apple Music translates into an Apple Music gift card value that goes into your account. So it looks like you can do the free 3 months if you have not and then use the gift card value after that. Not to sign up for Apple Music.

Exactly! Also, it is shareholders of record on the 13th and not the 9th. Not sure where they are getting their information. Here it is from Apple.

Just because they acknowledge they broke it, doesn't mean they did it on purpose. Also, if they did fix it in the iOS 6 train, where is the continuing harm? Hopefully this gets tossed to the curb where it belongs.

I don't think this will end up being good for Nokia. They still sell physical products in other industries. I can see Apple buying a patent pool to hit them with more counter claims in their other businesses.

If I have to buy something other than airport, it will be Cisco. Hopefully Apple doesn't exit the segment as they make a nice hassle free product.
