IOS is Apples platform.  They control it 100% and do not license it out.  If you want to look for existing examples of this then you can use Microsoft and the Xbox, Sony and the PlayStation and Nintendo.  

If if you wish to ship your applications/games on these platforms you pay the platform owner, whether digital distribution or physical media, the platform owner collects a fee per title.  You also have to have the title tested and passed before the platform owner allows it on their platform.  IOS is no different.

Well said.  It would seem these actions are purely to make Apple look like a bad guy in public, and Spotify the underdog as their complaints will be unlikely to have any traction.  Hopefully the court case against songwriters will get more publicity and show off who Spotify really are, VC bankrolled one trick ponies with a broken business model.

Funny how these guys put themselves up as fighting for the little guy when they just want to make money by doing repairs or charging 20 bucks for a set of tools which cost them 2 bucks. There’s nothing honest about their intentions, they just want to expand their revenue streams.

Review is weird, you didn’t like the max because it was too big but you preferred the note 9 as the screen is bigger than the xr?? The max is near as dammit the same size and weight as the note 9.
