'Wolfs' is the most-watched movie on Apple TV+ ever
This is an awful movie; we started watching it last night, and my wife lasted about 45 minutes before she had enough and went in the other room.I slogged through the corny dialogue, the improbable plot, and the predictable story, until I quit watching and let it run in the background. Finally I gave up without seeing the ending. This just goes to show that great actors like Clooney and Pitt can and have done bad movies from time to time; I like both of these actors a lot, but this was a terrible movie.I'm amazed that anyone actually liked it. -
Want to try Apple Vision Pro? Apple has plenty of appointments
If you wear hard lenses and can't use glasses (as is my situation), you can't try out the Vision Pro. Before showing up for the 30-minute demo, Apple sends a vision questionnaire, and asks whether you wear lenses. In my case, I wear hard lenses because of my particular eye condition, and glasses don't correct enough to work for me. For that reason, I won't be buying Zeiss lenses, and wouldn't have anyway just to be able to demo the Vision Pro (with no intention to buy it).

Apple TV+ cancels 'City on Fire' after one season
We were two of the few who watched this steaming pile of video.
Not only was the acting cringeworthy, but the story devolved into a huge cesspool of absurdity. Spoiler ahead, so don't go further if you want to waste your time watching this absolutely terrible series.
At the end of the show, it's revealed that the kid is the son of the mother who gave up her baby for adoption.
This, in a city of 7-8 million people? What are the chances? Well... about 1 in 8 million. How stupid.
And the less said about the acting of the rich dad, who's supposed to be suffering from dementia...
It was absolutely dreadful. Glad they put it out of our misery. -
First major Threads update adds some highly desired features
Cesar Battistini Maziero said:Let the data collection continue.....Are you able to delete the account without deleting instagram? Because that is the only reason why the user numbers are said to be so high.I prefere to stick with twitter. Why go for the copycat?
Every day, more and more well-known people are joining Threads, and less and less traffic is reported on the bird app. As this happens, the bird app gets diminished more and more, until it'll go the way of MySpace and Friendster.
You said "the copycat;" the bird app's original designer didn't create the concept, just as its new owner didn't become a wealthy man on his own--he inherited his wealth from his racist parents. Not only that, but he wasted $44 billion on the app, and he wouldn't know a line of code from a grain of truth.
But if you prefere[sp], stick with it. -
Keychron K3 review: a classic mechanical keyboard in a modern compact form
I've had one for a couple of months now, and I can say this: I've been using a computer since 1984, and this is easily the best keyboard I've ever owned.Don't worry about key noise; it's not bad at all, no louder than my MacBook Pro.I highly recommend this keyboard; sleek design, very sturdy, RGB is very cool.
