My wife needs a new mini. Her 2 is cracked.  She doesn’t want a big iPad. She likes the smaller form.  

ApplePay is about security.  The CC industry is about making money.  They don’t care about theft because it’s cheaper than implementing security. 

So so why don’t they want to implement ApplePay? Control.  Not invented here.  Costs.  

I would HOPE that most people under the age of 65 (and especially much younger) are active enough that fall detection HAS to be disabled to prevent false positives.   

If you are not, then god help you.  Get moving.

I choked when I saw that the XS Max 256GB price was nearly $300 more than I paid for the 7 Plus 256GB.   Nomally, I buy the biggest screen and largest size.   Not this year.  I’d need a heck of a trade-in deal.  I may buy 6-12 months behind instead of living on the bleeding edge.  I’m becoming too satisfied with my current phone.  

As much as I’d love to be skeptical about their abilities, I believe it wholly.  Apple has had exploits in their OS since day one.  Jail breakers have been exploiting errors for years.   

Imagine a company of nerds who who do this day in and day out? I think no prob.  Between weak passwords, stack overflows, bizarre characters crashing iMessage, there have been tons of problems released publicly.  Now imagine what hasn’t been made public.
