Ouch!  That is a lot of money.    But if you're going to violate net neutrality and offer streaming video for free (no data deductions), then you might as well own the media for it.

Breaks are required for certain hourly workers.  This ISN'T china.  Working hourly and retail sucks balls and being on your feet all day is barely alleviated by the two 15 minute breaks and 30 minute lunch one should get in an 8-hour work day (using Michigan laws as I do not know CA's).    Any company that violates this needs to be duly dealt with.  Apple does not get a pass because they are Apple.

Crazy thought: why not use the pixel-pushing power of the A10 or A9x used in the iPad Pro?   Small. Efficient.  Powerful.  Cheap.

I expect SOME future iPhone to be ceramic, and yes, in many colors, especially black.

I think the Gold Watch edition was an experiment and that this ceramic watch is the same;  A way of testing new casting and machining tech on a profitable, but relatively low (compared to the iPhone) volume.
