New Sonnet Echo 5 hub has three downstream Thunderbolt 4 ports, one USB-A
I just looked further and dual 5K may not be supported on current Apple Silicon Macs with this hub:
https://www.sonnettech.com/support/downloads/manuals/Thunderbolt_4_Dock_Compatibility.pdf
Weirdly it does seem to state 2x Pro Display XDR or 4K with no mention of 5K for M1 Pro/Max.

Sounds pretty good, similar to the Caldigit Element - it seems to sacrifice 2 USB-A ports for dual 5K vs the Caldigit dual 4K.
Hope the build quality is good.
I have a Caldigit Element but can see me possibly buying one of these to have two hubs plugged into an M1 Max MBP to provide 4 additional Thunderbolt 4 ports.

Apple under fire for how it handles Roblox in DOJ antitrust probe
Yep, Roblox is just like Fortnite. They are both games, Roblox is a single application, effectively a customisable game - or a single game with lots of little mini-games. You could think of each Roblox mini-game or experience as a level in a traditional game.
Remember epic were trying to argue Fortnite isn’t a game that it is more than that, they were trying to say Fortnite is just like Roblox - but Epic want to have their cake and eat it - they only say Fortnite is not a game when it suits their agenda.
Ultimately Epic want to be allowed to create an app and put it in the app-store that links to many other independant apps (one for each game) that they sell and provide no revenue to Apple for. i.e. a store within a store. Roblox is not that - there is only one Roblox app and it doesn’t link out to or sell other game apps. -
Morgan Stanley expects Apple to be 'game changer' in Augmented Reality
I feel more compelled by AR than VR.
Factors like motion sickness and exclusion of the real world steer me from VR.With AR I see more tangible possibilities:
Landmarks in cities and on-road directions.
Personal 3d concerts in my living room.
Holograph-style virtual meetings.
Historical sites brought to life - taking you back in time. Education could be massive with AR. -
