M1 16-inch MacBook Pro mistakenly listed by Apple Germany
Just a coding error/issue relating to the 13” MBP is my educated guess.I do think Apple might call the new beefier chip M1 though, just an M1 with different core counts.Or they might just go to M2. These are all marketing labels and make no difference to performance of course.

Totally adds up.
M2X a further 6 months later would subsequently be faster than an M2 of course.

Yes it’s a mixed bag doing it this way, but on balance it is the better option of the two.
The optimal solution would have been enabling a user to specify where the display device is and in what orientation to the ATV.I use an ATV that is stationary and I use it on a TV that is about 5 feet away diagonally. I also use ithe same ATV with my projector that is at a 90 degree angle (different wall) 16feet away.
