Umm how since it was just released? 

Apple still needs better content, more selection of movies to watch, not just their own productions. As well as live stream tv for me to keep the service beyond my free trial. 

Also. Remember. Has to be near identical. Similar doesn’t count. He thought a microprocessor needed to be involved but couldn’t figure out how. Apple did. 

I can’t seem to be able to find much on him online. I am curious if he was working at a university at the time he thought of this idea. If so then it belongs to the university not him. 

I for one, understand why apple did this. They are a hosting service, as well as the platform provider. Spotify knew the TOS when they developed the app and put it on the app store. I also have had the issue where i have gone and paid for a subscription on a site, but then when i went to download the app for the site and use my subscription, the app wouldnt allow me to. i tried to force me to get a new subscription for the app. The way apple is doing it is to ensure the user gets what they pay for.
