Tim Cook isn't going to get fired, and Steve Jobs isn't rolling over in his grave
Tim Cook is a treasure for Apple. He knows what made Steve Jobs succeed, although he lacks Steve's salesmanship.
I think employees may have been more afraid of and worked harder to please Steve Jobs than Tim Cook but other Apple top managers are likely Jobsian.
While Apple still delivers insanely great new products and services, Tim does not take much credit for things and is often blamed for mishaps.
Tim is a smart, careful and thorough manager and for Apple Inc. in today's word, Tim Cook is just as good if not better than Steve Jobs.

Trump demands 25% tariff on any iPhone not made in the US

Trade war escalations between Trump and China to significantly impact Apple
It is in the interest of the whole world to keep iPhone prices down for all big businesses to buy them.
Countries would be ill advised to apply tariffs on iPhones or parts as it would be harmful to their citizens and businesses.
Not to mention that China would retaliate against them possibly in a worse manner than the US.
Have faith in Apple management.
Time will tell. -
How and where Trump's new tariffs affect Apple
I thought only the finished Apple products were imported to the US.
The parts should ship directly to the factories and bypass tarrifs.
The only tariffs are for the final products imported to the US and Apple could absorb that or get it waived.
Moreover Apple could have stocked up before the tariff announcements and the tariffs may be over before stock is depleted.
So it is not sooo bad for Apple.
The market makers are just messing with Apple stocks.
