Apple loses lead Apple Silicon designer Jeff Wilcox to Intel
9secondkox2 said:Sounds bad on the front end, but I wonder if he contributed all he could s as me has nothing left. I guess we will see.Lead designer is a big role.Intel is clearly gaining here. But Apple has far more resources to retain the people it wants to. So you have to wonder if this was not an amicable parting of ways at this point. -

Apple Silicon iMac Pro coming early 2022, says leaker
This rumor makes perfect sense In terms of replicating what was done with the 24" M1 iMac.Stay at stay at 27" to keep price down and not cannibalize Pro Display XDR.Darker bezel to differentiate from 24 inch iMac and throw in Face ID in addition to the finger print sensor on the keyboard.Silver color would do nicely and an contrasting Apple Logo in the chin would be nice. -
Apple likely to face US Justice Department antitrust lawsuit
rob53 said:They didn't question me and I've been a customer since 1989. I know this is a different branch of the DOJ than the ones looking into the larger topic but it would be nice if they didn't waste their time on going after Apple while there are much more important things to investigate. I'm also wondering if the current DOJ needs to be investigated to make sure everyone is actually following the law and doesn't have any interests in Apple competitors.
The DOJ would lose an antitrust lawsuit against Apple, just like Epic will lose again.
The DOJ should not waste taxpayer money to support sore loser corporations.
