I am glad that no deal was made with Dell.
Michael Dell once said that if he was in charge of Apple he would shut the company down and return the money to investors.
Dell is now worth $79.3 Billion and Apple is worth $2.3 Trillion... Go figure

I don't think that will happen. Apple has developed their own hardware, software, maps, and AI tech. Suing Apple for this is a waste of money.
Apple can decide not to accept certain system software modules from third parties. Keyboard security comes to mind.
Try submitting software that messes with the Secure Enclave and it will be rejected. That does not mean Apple can't do it themselves. -

Apple should not appeal this ruling. Apple can just charge more to developers that chose to use external payment systems. And if developers don't like the price, they can go elsewhere. Time will tell.
