Right.  As many sites have stated, the app functionality is only turned off on newly imported series 9 and ultra II watches. It has nothing to do with this software release.  I have a series 6 watch with watchOS 10.3 and the oxygen app still works fine.

If you are paying $90 for two lines, you are on Magenta Max 55, which is not being changed (currently, at least).  I am on Magenta 55 which is $70 for two lines and is scheduled to switch to Go5G 55, which will be $80 if I do not opt out.  I will opt out because the Go5G plan is virtually identical but $10 more -- no benefit to me.

I expected this, and I actually prefer the video presentations -- I think they are more informative, and more entertaining than just having someone talk on stage.  And I don't need an audience -- I have my own reactions and don't really care what the audience reacts to.

As the owner of a black titanium Apple Watch 6 (special edition), I hope this proves to be the case.  I have not upgraded my watch because I prefer black titanium.  IA Apple issues an Ultra in black titanium, I will upgrade.

It is not really "bullying." Trademark law requires a trademark holder to vigorously defend against infringing marks or risk losing the trademark. For example, Apple lost a suit from Apple Records (the Beatles) many years ago and reached a settlement with them.
