I discovered Fakespot (iOS app and javascript bookmark for desktop) some time ago.

It analyzes the quality of Amazon reviews.

I've been pleased with my purchase experience since I began using it.

Easy to use, but as with all things, your mileage may vary.

I’ve never owned a Tile.

How is an AirTag better for stalking (or non-stalking) than a Tile?

Value-add vs. the current 4K version? I agree, not much. Particularly if all you do is video viewing.

Value add vs. apps on your TV?

Depends on how frequently you replace your TV. Expect to have app updating/new apps on TVs stop well before they would on an Apple TV.

Case in point, my late 2016 LG OLED TV can't get the Paramount+ or HBO Max apps (maybe others that I haven't tried).

Also, all those TVs, Rokus, and Firesticks, surveil the hell out of you, show you ads, and sell whatever data they harvest. Apple TV's do not. If that doesn't bother you, it's not a problem!

You can’t count on TV manufacturers updating their Apps after a couple of years, and that includes Samsung, even though it is more reliable in that respect than others.  Others may not even have an ATV app, still. A smart TV box is a much cheaper option than a whole new Tele.   

But yes, Apple should probably try to get real about games for the Apple ATV, or more generally.  Something it hasn't done for well, ever.  At least 120 Hz is a sign Apple is at least pondering doing so.
