I think it’s reasonable to preclude social platforms from guilt of terrorist activities. They’re not posting these messages.Where would it stop? Hold vehicle dealers responsible because someone bought a car then mowed people over on the footpath?
The individual posting is the responsible party full stop.

'Sid Meier's Railroads!' iOS review: railway history with challenges
I’m stoked this is available on iOS. No more fighting over the computer to play.
Controls are a little fiddly but it’s easier if you zoom in.
I think what they’ve done for mobile is amazing and plays just like Civ VI.
Just for history’s sake, Railroads got its start on the Amiga as Railroad Tycoon under the Microprose label and it was one of my favourite companies back then.
