New video offers up-close look at 'iPhone 8' dummy

Latest images of Apple's 'iPhone 8' show vertical rear camera, no visible fingerprint sens...
I love the way the display pushes upwards into the area either side of the earpeice; This area could easily house the cellular indicator, battery indicator, bluetooth, wifi etc. Currently the time is centred. They could go with a double height bar, or permanently hide the carrier logo, which they already do when displaying the 'back to app' link.
An apple-watch-like OLED display with light icons on a black background would make the irregular outline of the display virtually invisible. I'd say this confirms black bezels for all colour models.
If this is the next iPhone then I'd say this is a home run.

New renders of Apple's 10.5" iPad Pro demonstrate thin bezels, microphone placement
This could be my next iPad.
At the moment the iPad range is a mess of compromises:- The 7.9" iPad has the best pixel density but the keyboard is far too small.
- The 9.7" iPad is the smallest form-factor with a comfortable keyboard but a lower pixel density than the mini and a lower resolution than the 12.9".
- the 12.9" iPad has the largest display resolution but it's not very portable.

New Apple 9.7-inch iPad thicker than iPad Air 2, returns to iPad Air dimensions
"At this time, it is not yet clear why Apple returned to the slightly thicker size for the new iPad."
It's clearly to set them up for a more substantial iPad Pro refresh later this year.
Considering form factor is rumoured to a key point of difference for the new iPad Pro models they can't have a cheaper model undercutting the more expensive models on features (like the iPad Air 2 did when the iPad Pro released with a protruding camera bump).
If they can do iPad Pro features in an Air 2 (or better) form factor then I'm sold.
