Yeah those poor delusional souls in FL, blindly following that DeSantis fellow.  FL, where  his leadership eliminated half their population with his reckless cv-19 policies.  Census showing a decline as people vigorously flee FL to the well-run blue states of CA, NY, MA, IL… heck all those states that show FL how it should be done.  /s

Genuine question…what exactly is the biggest competition to the iPP? Or iPad Air? Heck, the base iPad for that matter? 

There was a time I’d see an Amazon Fire or whatever that Samsung thing was out in the wild.  But I can honestly say I don’t recall the last time I saw something other than an iPad in use.  Though maybe I’m just not paying all that close attention….thus the question.

I’ve had several over the years, very use specific in the iPod nano and its replacement touchscreen. The original was the (white nano w black/silver monochrome screen that got recalled for the battery expansion issue.

Also had the iPod shuffle - watch face sized with the integrated clip.   Used for years.  Plug in wired earbuds w noise cancelling foam tips.  Perfect for mowing the lawn. Old school iPod and wired earbuds.

Nano w touchscreen still running strong - used 4-5 times this year already working in the yard and mowing.

Can’t hardly imagine NOT having that setup. Maybe too nostalgic but as mentioned great use specific device.  I’ll miss them when gone.

My ‘aging’ late 2015 iMac was looking to get replaced.  Spec’d out upwards of $3000 in 2015 I was figuring / hoping a mid $3k price tag to replace it.  Yesterday’s studio / display have me looking $4100+.  I’ll swallow hard, stick a crowbar in my wallet for that setup with no regrets.
