The absurdity of this claim makes you wonder if this "analyst" (I use the term loosely) is just trying to get his name in the news. Apple is desperate to expand Apple Pay, so there's literally 0% chance they'd release a new iPhone without TouchID.

This sucks. But as much as it sucks, at least it's a *reason* for delaying iMac and MacBook updates. We have yet to hear a reason why Apple hasn't updated the MacPro in 1200 days.

WTF? How do you mute the sounds then? And, no, the answer is not to turn the volume all the way down. I keep all my iOS devices sound off 99% of the time, but there are certain things that override that switch speakerphone, playing podcasts, and that's fine. I pretty much need that switch.

Good. Mail.app is very long in the tooth and continues to lack features other email clients had a dozen years ago. Now maybe whoever takes over Mail.app will bring it out of the dark ages.
