If any doctor makes a clinical decision based only on a funky recordings from the device not designed to be EKG monitor, he should return degree and never practice medicine again.
Apple watch is no replacement for Holter or other heart monitors.

From what I know, wrist BP cuffs are very unreliable and frequently show very different BP with each measurement, as an expensive toy it is OK but not really a serious device for monitoring BP. Every time I checked wrist measurements on various wrist devices they were so much off the actual BP that I just stopped using them...

How to use an iPad or iPad Pro as a monitor for your Mac
I still have https://avatron.com/applications/air-display/ Air Display since it's first version on the first iPad, years ago. I did not have laptop for long time so when I travelled I took Mac Mini and used iPad as a screen. Worked fine, for $10 that app costs, I don't use it now but I may use it as a 2nd display if needed on the laptop.
Edit:
I just booted up my old 1st generation iPad and the app still works with Mac Mini, same as when I used it 7 years ago.
