Google brings ARCore out of beta, raising challenge to Apple's ARKit
As a developer I find ARCore a poor name. Core is the word Apple use for their frameworks like CoreImage and CoreData and it always comes first because grammatically that makes sense. Stealing it and using it the wrong way round is just embarrassing.

Second iPhone battery fire in two days affects Spanish Apple store
Some people try and scrape the battery out with something metal big mistake. You just peel the rubber adhesive strips right out even though it seems like they would tear you just pull really hard and they come off from under the battery. I suppose in this case maybe they tore and that’s why a risky removal was needed.

If they knew the thin battery in the 6/6s had a design flaw why did they not make the 7 or 8 thicker? Is it because Apple is too obsessed with making the devices thin?
