  • Apple's 'iPhone 7' again said to have pressure sensing haptic home button

Re: "The change will mean one less moving part on the device..."

This may not be exactly true, since the vibrational engine will probably be a new moving part... separate from the Taptic Engine that makes the whole phone vibrate.  Or... will a single Taptic Engine handle both functions (Touch ID vibration + full phone vibration)?
Not sure they mean physical moving parts on the inside of the phone, but those on the outside that could cause potential breakdowns for repairs, or, more importantly, dust, water, etc.  If true, this seems like it would be a step in the "waterproofing" direction.

  • 'Apple Watch 2' with GPS, barometer, better waterproofing, more to launch in 2H of 2016

The 2 models do not make any sense to me. Why are they releasing 2 models at the same time?
Or are they going to release the 2 in 2017?
More than likely they will release the Apple Watch 2 and keep the original around at a discounted price, much like they do with iPhones and iPads. They might have different watch band configurations, but I would put money that's how the lineup will look for the Christmas season.

Based on the number of comments here, ESPN should realize that this idea is of very little interest to anyone.
Pretty sure the VAST majority of people this would appeal to don't even know this site exists, let alone making comments on it.

If that guy has female gentalia it really is none of my business.
What?? Please take a second to think about the logistics of what you just wrote. If someone has female genitalia, they are a female, and vice versa for male. This whole issue is a mental illness issue. And before you label me a bigot and hateful and whatever else, look up Gender Identity Disorder and Gender Dysphoria. They are medically recognized mental disorders that they are trying to find a cure for.

I am all for people getting help, but getting the right kind of help is the only real solution. Chopping something off or putting something there that isn't doesn't make the real problem go away.

Why should I care if someone is gay? Why should I care if they're black, or white, or Hispanic, or Asian, or transexual, or male, or female? Everyone is human, and everyone is entitled to the same basic human rights as everyone else. No more, no less. Discrimination of any kind is disgusting and there is no place for it, but it's the same for preferential treatment. If that's a hateful stance to you, then there is no reasoning with you.

    Where is this "preferential" treatment?
Pride parades? Affirmative action? Title IX? The Rooney Rule in the NFL? Laws are starting to make it illegal to think that an actual straight white male could possibly be the best candidate for something. Maybe they are, maybe they aren't, but these laws and movements, while great and necessary when they came about, are starting to be abused by those same "minorities" that identify more with oppression than being an actual human being.

Elton John is one of the greatest singers of all time. Why should I care that he's gay?  Ellen Degeneris is a hilarious comedian, why should I care she's gay? Michael Sam was a crappy football player who couldn't make an NFL roster. Why should I care that he's gay? Wait, now I'm supposed to celebrate it, as if being gay somehow makes you superior? Nope, sorry, we're all equal. Being gay doesn't make you special.
