  • visionOS 2.4 beta brings several long-awaited features to Apple Vision Pro

Apple is launching a new Vision Pro app for iPhone. The app allows users to browse and queue up apps or games for download, discover spatial content from Apple TV and Spatial Gallery, and access useful tips, without needing to wear the headset.

Gee, it sure would be nice if you mentioned the name of the app. I'm not able to find anything at this time. Was this story all from a press release or something?

  • Phil Schiller warns third-party app stores are a risk to iPhone users

What would be new is admitting that this is primarily about money.
If the prices for the same app on Apple vs New Store are same, well that proves it's only about money.
New browser - all about tracking (money).
Prices are not 15% or 30% less, Money.

    Apple just sent this out:

    "Price updates
On February 13, pricing for apps and in-app purchases* will be updated for the Benin, Colombia, Tajikistan, and Türkiye storefronts. Also, these updates consider the following tax changes:

    • Benin: value-added tax (VAT) introduction of 18%
    • Tajikistan: VAT rate decrease from 15% to 14%

Prices will be updated on the Benin, Colombia, Tajikistan, and Türkiye storefronts if you haven’t selected one of these as the base for your app or in‑app purchase."

Are those new store fronts going to do all this bookkeeping for you? Probably not. They're probably only going to work in the EU.

And I think I read somewhere, if you leave the Apple Store, that account does not get to come back.

    It's all very shortsighted.

The Beta was running fine on my 2019 iMac 27". Now all it does is crash when you try to launch the game after setting up your profile.

  • Why Apple uses integrated memory in Apple Silicon -- and why it's both good and bad

So every single PC or computer manufacturer can use modular RAM. Including servers, workstations, data centers, super computers.

But somehow the Apple chips cannot and are trying to convince us that it is not just plain & simple greed??
    Yes.
that’s what the whole article is about. That “somehow “. Reread the article, and it explains why that type of memory is not user upgradable. That’s the whole point. It’s much more  efficient. The GPU on an Apple computer can easily have access to over 128 GB of ram. How much would a standalone GPU card with 128 GB on the card itself cost for your PC? do they even make that?
