Just noticed that even when the image that AppleInsider uses to illustrate the article it says “Crash” but they still refer to it as an accident! Can’t get out of the habit. Yet.

Give the extraordinary amount of obnoxious, self-entitled, ungrateful bile sprayed in its face by Apple users years back when Apple had the “12 days of Christmas” freebies offer, I think Apple have made an unwise move here. Yes, I know Apple’s apps aren’t “free” as such, users pay for them as part of the computer purchase but still.

When Apple introduced the App Store they reviewed the apps and rejected some of them. They have now been doing this for over 10 years. If you object to Apple making those decisions over apps on their platform then you should have taken your money elsewhere right from the start. Caveat Emptor.
