  • Apple reduces price of accessories not included in iPhone 12 box

Effectively Apple increased the price of a complete new iPhone by $19. Don't think they are doing you any favors. Sure I have bricks but they are all just 5W.......

  • Apple may stop shipping power adapters with iPhone SE, other current devices

Over years people collected too many phone/tablet adapters, laying around in house so not having adapter in box is not a problem for most. Moreover, people have high power output multi-ports fast charging power adapters in house so again no need for power adapter in box with every phone or tablet shipped. Help save earth for not ending up in landfill.Though, don't mind having cable(go bad overtime) shipped with phone until wireless charging with no port phones/tablets are shipped.

Don't lie to yourself. This is a money move, not a saving earth move. Sure, I have quite a few adaptors but they are all 5W. I have one 10W and one 12W adaptors from my iPads. I'd like my $1200 dollar phone to include a charger......

  • Apple Fitness+ will offer workouts on any screen

I find it amazing that people pay to work out. I work out for free or worst case, I go to a gym. But if I have a treadmill, I don't need a video to show me how to use it....

  • Epic skirts Apple's 30% commission fee by implementing 'direct' payments

This is a battle Apple will eventually lose (although I take their side). I tend to expect the Democrats to take more control this election year and to start turning on the large oil, banking, and telecom companies. I only hope they add tech companies to the list; they should get a taste of their own medicine. Disclaimer: I am not pleased with either party.

  • Apple and Ireland win appeal of $14.4B EU tax case

I say make Apple Pay. They want heavy government spending, they should pay for it; their effective tax rate is too low for the biggest public company in the world.

It was Ireland who broke the law, not Apple.   Apple reaped the benefits of the scheme (as did Ireland).  But it was Ireland who committed the crime -- Apple basically simply received the stolen goods.
Isn’t knowingly taking stolen goods a crime?
