  • Starlink Wars: Elon Musk still battling Apple over iPhone satellite connectivity

Elon Musk is ruthless in his business dealings.  I would be very careful if I had to deal with him!  Any decency is considered a weakness and will be used to his advantage!  He uses people up and them discards them with a text message.  His people skills leave much to be desired.  He and his buddy Mr. T handle people and behave very much the same.  The two of them are so much alike it is scary.  Exaggeration and lying is a constant of both.  It is extremely sad to see the potential in Elon only to have him sabotage himself with horrible behavior.  Sad...So Sad, What a waste of his talent.

  • Epic Games says Apple has blocked 'Fortnite' from the App Store worldwide

I have a simple solution.....if you used any of apples software to develop their application / game and you don't agree to their terms then you have to pay for any/all of the tools you are using or used....They then can set the price to what ever they want for the tools and give them a lower price for the use of their website.   The reasoning follows that they pay all the cost to produce and maintain the tools and maintain and run the website.  The developer at this time pays nothing except a small royalty for the free use of their software and website.  I think this reasoning makes much more sense.

  • Tim Cook praises Trump in US tech titan meeting

It must be so humiliating to have to publicly kiss orange top's (you know what) in front of the whole world.  I'm sure Cook will get some unpleasant feedback.  I concede that Cook found himself in a no win situation and did what he felt was best for Apple, their customers and stock holders.

    Respectfully Yours

P.S. - I wonder if Mr. Cook slept well after this meeting?

  • Apple will not buy Disney, no matter how often it hears that it will

Buying Disney is not a good idea.  Apple is a tech company.  Trying to be everything to everyone is a recipe for failure in the future.  Just look at a company that lost its focus like General Electric under Jack Welch....  This story is not unique and yes history does seem to repeat itself.

  • Lawmakers urged to block TSMC worker visas over Arizona plant construction

Does anybody here realize the long term benefits to us in the USA.  We gave away all that technology in the past and now we need it back.  If they screw this up the USA now we might never catch up.  We don't have the trained engineers like we use to...where did they go...they retired or died for the most part.  We don't educate enough engineers in the USA to meet our current need in almost all fields.  Most of the ones we have come from other countries now.  This is sad.  Now in the middle of all this we want to mess up this opportunity?  Fine throw away/delay this opportunity which will set the USA back further.  This whining defies logic!  We need to start building or own chips in the USA in mass now not 10 years from now.  If war breaks out we could end up totally screwed!
