I think your headline of Vision Pro being a “big hit” is perhaps stretching reality a bit here.  For all we know the fortune 100 companies may have only bought a single device each to test - so that’s 50 units 

I find it curious - if it is true - that surgeons are using an unlicensed (it doesnt even have regulatory approve for consumer use let alone for medical use) and unsupported (you cant walk into an apple store when it has a fault outside the US) products for something as critical as surgery outside the USA..

Imagine the legal liabilities involved if a patient was harmed /died in surgery and it transpired the surgeon was wearing this. 

Talk about massive legal red flags.

The headline is totally misleading. We have ONE guy using it.

The last paragraph says very clearly it’s being used more: “ Despite being used for surgeries previously in the UK, and now Brazil,”. Surgeries plural in the UK. 

"Despite being used for surgeries previously " - previously being the operative word
