  • Latest chapter of $2 billion Apple Watch patent battle ends in mistrial

I'm tired of patent trolls. Some are funded by investment companies, hoping to make a quick buck. Ultimately, it's the lawyers that win at the end of the day, and everyone else suffers because of it. We are losing our way.

  • This Steve Jobs autograph costs more than a Tesla Model S

Amazing what people pay hard earned money. I have never quite understood why a signature (which can be easily faked) has so much value, unless it's on something of significance. I guess if it please some wealthy Steve Jobs fan and makes the seller and buyer happy, then great.

  • Apple launches Apple Music Classical app

This makes no sense to me, another app outside of the Apple Music app. So if I am in Apple Music and watch to switch it listening to some classical, I have to exit out of one and into another.

it would have made much more sense for the app to be within the Apple Music app as a tab or something.  A strange one this for me. What next, a rap app, a hip hop app, a dance app, multiple apps?

  • Here's what the Apple Glasgow retail store union negotiated for itself

Unfortunately, unions cannot help themselves but push for demands / benefits that are out of touch with reality. If it was just about pay and being reasonable, I’d support unions but I have yet to find one that does not end up taking the …..
Give a tiny bit and their greed kicks in. Shame as the original intent of unions was positive and made great changes but with so many work place laws these days, they are almost redundant.
I have seen union cause jobs loses for the very thing they were supposed to help prevent.

  • HomeKit architecture upgrade expected to return in iOS 16.4

I am looking forward to the new architecture in the hope it makes HomeKit faster more reliable with HomeKit devices. They took will need to update their firmware I believe but any improvements to reliability and connectivity and speed, is greatly appreciated.
