I was able to sail through the purchase process at an unhurried pace, including answering questions about my eyewear prescription, completed checkout and got a Feb 2 delivery date. No issues or errors this time. Didn't add any accessories at time of purchase. I uploaded my prescription to Zeiss, and they confirmed it just a few hours later.

I've been told that nobody uses iMessage outside of the US and Japan. WeChat dominates in China, and WhatsApp dominates everywhere else.

They didn't actually listen to customers, which is a classic GM move.
