  • 'X-ray teardown' of iPad Pro Magic Keyboard illustrates complex engineering

I remember people complaining about the price.

I suppose that their complaints were based on extreme ignorance combined with a healthy dose of self entitlement and just general cluelessness, which is nothing new when it comes to comments about Apple products and especially the pricing.

The x-ray shows that the Apple Magic Keyboard for the iPad Pro is unlike any other offering on the market. If anybody thinks it's the same, then they should go buy one of the cheaper alternatives instead.

If you want the best, it's going to cost more than the others. There's a reason that it's the best. I haven't tried this magic keyboard yet, but I think it's pretty safe to assume that the feel, quality and usability will be way better than anything else out there.

  • Apple's road back to a $300 share price after the coronavirus changed everything

It’s possible the stock a bit frothy right now, since so few companies are well positioned to profit at this time and people tend to pile into “safe” stocks at times of uncertainty.
AAPL was very strong right before the virus hit, at all time highs, and I think that it's only natural that they would quickly rebound, once things started to turn around and things began getting slightly more back to normal, even though 100% normal is still a while away probably.

I think that the case can be made that many of Apple's offerings are basically essential items, like a toothbrush, or toilet paper or food.

Computers and phones are entrenched in most people's daily lives. They are also essential for many businesses, as people use them to conduct business on, not to mention all of the many other uses that people use their devices for, like banking, ordering food, ordering items online, entertainment, games, streaming video, staying in touch with friends, relatives etc.

It doesn't matter what's happening in the world, virus, war, zombie invasion, they remain highly essential items, perhaps even more so when there is a crisis taking place.

  • Apple's road back to a $300 share price after the coronavirus changed everything

I've remained upbeat about Apple's stock the entire time. I didn't touch any of my shares and I certainly didn't panic. I laugh at those that did. About a month ago, I wrote here that AAPL will be back to 300 soon enough, and it looks like that time has already arrived.

And as usual, much of the media and tech press were completely wrong about Apple, again. I've learned a long time ago to simply tune their garbage out.

  • Apple TV with A12X ready to go at any time, claims leaker

My current Apple TV 4K works great and servers it’s main purpose. I ditched the spectrum digital box saving a monthly fee and use the spectrum app on the Apple TV ....... it works great.
Same here. I bought an Apple TV 4k about 4-5 months ago, I got it for a killer price when att were blowing them out. I have no interest in the new one coming out, the 4k model is plenty capable and will be plenty capable for a good number of years to come.

I ditched my spectrum cable box, but I don't user their app either now, because I ditched the cable completely, and I only pay for internet service from them now. I never really watched cable tv much anyway, so no use in having it. Things are working out great without cable tv.

  • Dire predictions for Apple's supply chain, retail demand were wrong

Is this Appleinsider or CNN or MSNBC?

The article would have been better if the deranged partisan politics were left out of it.
