    Except the Constitution doesn't protect everybody all of the time:
    4th Amendment
    The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

    Please show me where I must assist them?  Lets not forget the 5th amendment.

    Get into court and an Apple lawyer asks the FBI why they have not asked Google, Samsung, etc to do this.  FBI answers, "Oh, those are easy to get data from."  Result? iPhone sales skyrocket...

    What good if you have foldable screen without foldable parts ( CPU, RAM, Flash drives....)
    Apple R&D division creates the Apple Pencil.  It has not been suggested that the internals overlap the 2 halves of a foldable iPhone.

    You obviously are clueless about business sense.
    Regardless, my initial comment only pointed out a feature touted during the announcement.  I never discounted customer data that could be used to better target ones services, of which I am well aware.

    Maybe I should have added the fact it provides security against data breaks and the theft of credit card and personal information.  Yet another feature of the anonymity one gets with an ApplePay transaction.
