Who will deliver immersive content for Apple Vision Pro?
"I think watching immersive TV and video content will be enough to drive adoption."I guess that may be true for people who are basically hermits (and/or tech enthusiasts). Personally, I love my family way too much to cut myself off from them like that. Also, I find virtual screens that are too large distracting, as I have to constantly move my head to take everything in. Also, the control scheme seems to make for a great demo, but it feels like it would be too limiting and frustrating for complex tasks.

Bueller?I will cop to having a Portal TV (God rest it’s soul). It’s actually pretty great for video chatting. I have a Quest 2 as well. Even though Facebook is slime I don’t mind supporting the Quest platform, because I don’t think VR is ever going to be a big thing, so the platform will never be anything but a money suck for them. If VR ever does catch on, it’ll probably be the result of an Apple product.

I ordered it, despite not getting a chance to try it out first. I like the idea of being able to basically turn my iPad into a laptop instantly. The prior keyboard case didn’t impress me, so I skipped it.
