I'd love to see the continuous monitors integrate better with Apple Health, especially the new OTC devices. Abbott's Lingo will import data from Apple Health, but won't send data the other way.

Not necessarily - if "breach of trust" is the "charge", these arrests may be due to offenses against Apple's secrecy. Apple is one of the companies that isn't running as fast as it can away from China, and China would have an interest in protecting that relationship.

I've never understood using lead times as a predictor of sales numbers. Lead times indicate how far behind manufacturing is in relation to sales. It says nothing about manufacturing capacity or sales at all, only the moment-in-time ratio between them. It's like trying to calculate a vehicle's range from just its MPG, without knowing the size of the tank.It seems to me that the only thing we can really say about short lead times is that Apple's sales forecasts (whatever those were) were more accurate than usual.

Don't wait to update: iOS 18 introduces key security fixes
Yeah, this whole article is misinformed at best, and bad advice at worst. The same patches were released for iOS 17, and historically, that's true for the next-to-latest version of iOS for at around 3-6 months after the new iOS is released. Generally, best practice is to wait a month or two for the bugs to get ironed out before jumping on a new major-version OS release, be it iOS, macOS, Windows, Ubuntu, etc...
