I spend lots of time online... AT HOME. I use my iPad and Mac Mini all the time. But I do not spend much time on the phone nor do I do much texting. So when I'm on the go the small size of my SE is perfect. When I do go out 'in the real world' I set the online world aside and enjoy everything else. So a bigger, heavier 16e that also is much higher in price holds no interest for me.

I'm not looking forward to being forced to purchase a bigger iPhone 16e. It is when I'm at home that I an online with either my iPad or Mac mini. But when I'm on the go I concentrate on the real world. Only the rare phone call or text to interrupt. My SE is perfect.

I think companies delude themselves on the effectiveness of their advertising. Too much of it is non focused, even on sites that use algorithms and track users data. It's gotten so bad that 99% of it is completely irrelevant to me. The most ignorant thing about online ads is hitting people with ads for a product AFTER they have looked something up. Too late, they have already made a decision. It is things like this as to why I do use ad blockers on some sites.

Exactly. I have an iPhone, iPad and Mac mini. Main thing I want and use out of an iPhone is the phone part. That's why my phone is still an SE. I like that it is small, and there is no camera lens bulge. I have the iPad for casual online use. Being an older mini is fine for that. For serious work I have my mini. It's the newest device I own.

Recently bought a new Mac mini. Soon I will buy a new iPad. I do almost all of my online stuff with these Apple devices. Oh, and I have a DSLR for photography. So a iPhone mini is what I'm looking for to replace my current iPhone SE. I have no need or desire for a large phone. I hope someone at Apple considers people like me, the multiple Apple device owning phone users.
