    Ha Ha Ha, people have no idea what does what.  I don't know if it's still the case but Windows Cortana used to store audio requests in a hidden folder.  This meant that on Windows, if one used Cortana for searches for something, law enforcement (or someone else) could potentially obtain audio of them in their own voice making the request.  

    I am NOT saying that Siri does this but our devices and their software are very complex and God only knows what it's all doing either by design or as a result of flaws.

    It didn't make a lot of sense for Russia to attack Ukraine.  You never know what will enter a dictator's head. One thing for sure is that the Chinese government is aware of how much it would cost to bring manufacturing back to the US and they may think (correctly?) that we won't do anything about a Taiwan invasion because of that.  They may also calculate that the damage to their own economy is an acceptable cost.  It's not like they're concerned about the next election.

  • Apple no longer selling 2015 Apple TV HD

    We have Roku, Fire, and AppleTV 4k in the house.  I've used Chromecast as well.  The main advantage of the AppleTV, for me, is that it is MUCH nicer to use even with the not excellent remote.  It's worth it for me.  I also like how the AppleTV works with the Homepod Minis. 

    That said, my wife doesn't like the AppleTV interface so it's on a TV she doesn't use. She prefers Roku.  She didn't give it much chance but then you don't get a second chance to make a first impression.
