It's 135 Grams without the box, add the dock (heavy enough), the plug and the cables. I'd say it's around 3 times the weight of the phone itself when everything's in the box. Best guess, 410 Grams all in. -

You can get a touch cheaper than Apple's price (in the UK anyway). Try some price comparison sites, I've found the 8GB iPod touch for about £135 instead of £199, and 16GB for £235 instead of £299. -
