I think pazimzadeh is dead on balls wih his mockup.
I'd love for my Nano to be more portable for the gym, ow Apple can sell me yet another armband, Doubtful, but I hope its as cool as the original 1G Nano armband.
The full screen display mockups are neat but they wouldn't have the power to run OS X, Id est, I don't think you can squeeze the necessary RAM and ARM CPU in their to make it function like an iPhone/6G iPod. These will stilll run the current iPod OS.

It is the new iPod Video - flash based, smaller size, new interface, 8GB and 16GB.
