    Actually, the rate must also be fair and non-discriminatory so Motorola couldn't single out Apple to pay an exorbitant amount if it doesn't require the same for others.

    Exactly. The weight of Woz' opinions about the future of technology has nothing to do with his ability to serve as an appropriate figure in this sort of image, particularly when he DOES have a background of expertise in low-level hardware design.
