    I have to admit, it's fun to see UCLA lose 4 in a row, including that final humiliation yesterday.



    It almost offsets my disappointment at seeing UW win.

    Although the Cougars lost yesterday, I would like to take this oppurtunity to send out a great big "**** YOU, BITCH" to Eskimo (I think) who, in a previous iteration of these forums, responded to my prediction of WSU as the sleeper hit of the Pac-10 (this was made after their disastrous loss in last year's Apple Cup to UW) with something the lines of 'Yeah, sleeping like a cadaver.'

    So much for Nebraska winning out and playing in the NCG. And so much for the preseason polls, which didn't even give Illinois an honorable mention, and rated Northwestern as the Big Ten favorite. Looks like Miami, Florida, in that order.
