I've just paid for a MobileMe subscription after the trial period.
I'm very happy with MobileMe, the key thing for me is how everything integrates well with my computer and iPhone and other family members' iDevices.
I've got Dropbox for free, tried the Google sync with Google contacts, calendar and Spanning Sync to try to help with again Google contacts and calendar. My experience was that whilst Dropbox was fine, the Google or Spanning Sync would introduce errors or make omissions from my data which I would then have to spend time sorting out manually. Furthermore, I get the bonus of FindMyiPhone and the Gallery app which have been useful.
For me, the integration is of value in itself and I'm most happy with MobileMe. My only gripe is it's inability to show calendars which you have subscribed to in iCal.
It seems there is no longer any way to turn off Junk mail filtering in MobileMe Mail. Is it too much to ask, of an email service, that any emails sent to your address go to your inbox?
