[quote] On a side note: Underaged? Am I to believe that you people are allowed to drive your cars before you can do "it"? Here (and probably in most Europe we are allowed to have sex when we are 15, buy alcohol and cigarettes when we are 18 (aren´t enforced that heavily and I don´t know if its illegal to use before that age) and drive when we are 18. How is it in US?

AFAIK...
In Switzerland it's 16 for cigarettes and sex, 18 for cars and alcohol.
i was under the impression that if one is over 18, its alright as long as the other is within 3 years of age below...

Unfortunately American law isn't that smart. If you are 18 and you have sex with a 17 year old (assuming the legal age is 18), you can get statutory rape. These laws are meant to protect young kids against old guys/girls that would coerce them into sex, but 17yo and 18yo together doesn't really take coercion. .... that's a subject for fireside chat though.
Uhhh, I live in Philly, and like there are, like Art students, like look like and act like her?
And from this thread I'd say she was pretty much a damn success...don't forget that Apple almost pulled the ad...

Dude, I think she is a little underaged.

To quote David Spade (who's actually "quoting" his dad in a comedy routine I once saw":
"You know the drill: 18's legal, 17 with consent, 16 with a note and 15 if her dad's in the room! High five!"

Of course, I DON'T endorse such actions, but it sounds funny as hell coming from Spade and his delivery.
