Believe me, not one Ohio State fan believes Ohio State would lose to either Miami or Oklahoma on a good day. And looking at the games so far this year, it's hard to understand how anyone could say they couldn't win. Both Miami and Oklahoma have had close calls to teams that aren't as good as OSU. Looking at the strength of schedule, it's more likely that Oklahoma or Miami will lose a game. But for all of them, if they win out, it's going to be unfair to somebody to be left out. NCAA football is basicly a crapshoot. Untill the AD's listen to the fans and end this BS, this is just going to go on and on. Every one of us wants our team to have a fair shot at the title be the reward for a good season. That's only natural.
you make some good points, but i think groverat is speaking in terms of the current rules of the bcs system. flawed as it may be, if ou, osu, and miami all win out, then there is no doubt that ou and miami should be the match up in the fiesta bowl.

I have no particular dislike of OSU, I just don't happen to think they will win out and they are historically underachievers. I'm surprised they've gone undefeated thus far playing such unimpressive football. Their schedule only has one really good team on it and they luckily got them early in the season and at home.
I've only really watched two of their games, one of those was against Cincy and the other was them pasting Texas Tech.
